libcurlpp0 software package provides c++ wrapper for libcurl, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcurlpp0
libcurlpp0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcurlpp0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcurlpp0 *
You will get with libcurlpp0 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
